Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 May 2026
1. Overview
This policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be issued for coaching services provided by BartekDGreat Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to all coaching programmes purchased through bartekdgreat.com or any associated booking platform.
By purchasing a coaching programme, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. The Programme
BartekDGreat Ltd offers a private 12-week 1:1 coaching programme. The full programme fee is £3,500 GBP, payable as a single payment or in three monthly instalments of £1,250 GBP. The programme is delivered via private video coaching sessions, between-session messaging support, and in-field coaching where applicable.
The programme is offered on an application-only basis. Acceptance into the programme is at our sole discretion following a consultation call.
3. Statutory Right of Cancellation (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers purchasing services online have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed (the "Cooling-Off Period"), without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear written statement to bartek@bartekdgreat.com before the Cooling-Off Period expires.
If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period AND coaching has not yet commenced, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, within 14 days of our receipt of your cancellation notice.
4. Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
By accepting your place on the programme and confirming that you wish coaching to begin within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the period expires and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel for a refund once the service has been fully performed.
Once coaching has commenced (defined as the completion of the first scheduled coaching session), you waive your statutory right to cancel and no refund will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Programme Fees
Beyond the Cooling-Off Period described above, all programme fees are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) circumstances where:
You decide the programme is not for you after coaching has begun
You are unable to attend scheduled sessions
Your personal circumstances change
You believe you have not achieved the outcomes you hoped for
You wish to discontinue the programme for any reason
This policy reflects the nature of high-touch 1:1 coaching, where time and capacity are committed to you exclusively for the duration of the programme.
6. Instalment Plan Obligations
Clients who select the three-instalment payment plan (3 x £1,250) are contractually obligated to complete all three payments, regardless of whether they choose to continue attending sessions. By selecting the instalment plan, you authorise BartekDGreat Ltd to collect the agreed payments on the scheduled dates via Stripe.
Failure to make a scheduled instalment payment may result in:
Suspension of coaching services until the outstanding payment is received
Termination of the coaching agreement
Pursuit of outstanding amounts via standard debt collection procedures
No refunds are issued for instalments already paid in the event of programme discontinuation.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances — including serious illness, bereavement, or other major life events — we may, at our sole discretion, offer to pause the programme and reschedule remaining sessions to a future date. This is offered as a goodwill measure and does not constitute a contractual obligation.
To request a pause, contact us at bartek@bartekdgreat.com with a brief explanation of your circumstances. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
8. Termination by BartekDGreat Ltd
We reserve the right to terminate the coaching agreement at any time if:
A client behaves in a manner that is abusive, disrespectful, or contrary to the spirit of the coaching relationship
A client engages in any unlawful conduct
A client breaches the confidentiality of our coaching frameworks or methodologies
A client misrepresents themselves during the application or coaching process
In the event of termination by us, refunds (if any) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis at our sole discretion, having regard to the sessions completed and the time committed to the client.
9. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your card provider in violation of the terms of this policy will be treated as a breach of contract. We will provide all documentation necessary to dispute the chargeback, and may pursue any amounts wrongfully reclaimed via standard legal channels.
If you have any concerns about charges, please contact us directly at bartek@bartekdgreat.com before initiating a dispute.
